Greek Style Loaded Hummus

Topped with Greek yogurt, fresh veggies, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese, it’s packed with Mediterranean flavors. Perfect for dipping with pita, chips, or veggies. Ingredients
  

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/4 cup tahini

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon red onion, finely chopped

Paprika for garnish

Extra olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed to achieve a creamy consistency.

    Transfer the hummus into a large serving bowl, smoothing out the top with a spatula.

      In a separate small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt and a little olive oil for added flavor. Spoon this mixture over the hummus.

        Layer the diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the yogurt.

          Sprinkle the red onion and chopped parsley over the loaded hummus for garnish.

            For the finishing touch, drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle a dash of paprika on top.

              Serve with pita bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetable dippers.
