Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

Ingredients
  

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (preferably crispy fried or grilled)

4 slices of crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing (or to taste)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for grilling (optional)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the chicken evenly with the seasonings.

    Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.

      Layer half of the shredded lettuce on each tortilla, followed by an even distribution of the seasoned chicken, chopped bacon, diced tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.

        To wrap, start by folding the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then tightly roll from the bottom up to encase the filling completely.

          If you prefer a warm, crispy exterior, heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle a little olive oil. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

            Remove from the skillet and slice in half diagonally. Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping if desired.
