1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

6 large eggs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh lemon juice or berries (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place an 11x7 inch or a similar-sized oven-safe dish in the oven to heat.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.

      Once the oven is hot, carefully remove the preheated dish and add the unsalted butter, allowing it to melt completely and coat the bottom of the dish.

        Pour the batter over the melted butter in the hot dish, ensuring an even spread.

          Return the dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown on the edges.
